H.A.V.E Culinary School & Cafe
Beginning: H.A.V.E Cafe has developed a program that will train "employment barriered" people from the downtown eastside and surrounding neighbourhoods, and to place them in entry level jobs in restaurant kitchens of the BC Restaurant and Food Association.
H.A.V.E Cafe needed a central place to advertise their program to increase the awareness of what they have been doing for Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. They needed a place that potential sponsors could go to learn more about the program and to inform the city about their existence.
Solution: We developed a website that would take the "in-house" atmosphere and portray it on the web. Created a platform to showcase the ways they support the downtown eastside as well as the ways that Vancouver's citizens and businesses can support the cafe.
